Nirmala Gratton is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and United Kingdom-trained Registered Mental Health Nurse.

Using a variety of psychotherapy approaches, Nirmala helps individuals, couples and families develop better cognitive and emotional skills, reduce symptoms of mental illness and cope with life challenges. Her specialties in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy are amplified by her unique experience as a psychiatric nurse, which developed her expertise in treating mental health conditions including mood and anxiety disorders, bipolar and related disorders, psychotic conditions, PTSD and other traumas, personality disorders and substance use issues.
